HOW WE CHARGE
At Harmony, our objective is to maximize the use of our clients' current resources to help them reach their strategic goals.   We are committed to this objective on our own fees as well.   As such, we do not charge by the hour.   Instead, we offer two fee approaches for our corporate clients to choose between, dependent upon their individual needs:

    For companies who desire our assistance with corporate projects, we assess a fixed fee for the project before any work is begun.   To determine the specific scope of the engagement, we hold a pre-engagement scoping session with management and set fees at that time.   The fixed fee system enables our clients to budget accordingly and helps to measure definitively the return on their investment.

    Organizations with more advanced systems already in place may prefer to use Harmony's assistance-on-call option.   A monthly support agreement enables clients to call whenever they need assistance or desire advice.   This option provides continual and consistent support and ensures uninterrupted maintenance of strategic programs.   In addition, working with the same consultant month to month ensures substantial familiarity with your operations, thus eliminating learning curves.   That consistency aspect alone leads many clients to engage Harmony for assistance-on-call support.

Regardless of which fee approach is applicable in a given circumstance, our clients always know upfront precisely what their costs will be before any of those costs are incurred.   There are never any surprises.
