STRATEGIZING
Most people in business have the desire to increase their profitability and expand their clientele.   Often, however, they are uncertain where to begin.   We are taught to do the best work we can and to rely on that work to bring in clients.   After all, an accountant or an attorney or an architect goes through years of training to be an accountant or an attorney or an architect.   Yet while we are trained to do our jobs, seldom are we given the guidance we need to operate our businesses themselves, much less any intensive instruction in how to make those businesses thrive.
