Harmony Marketing LLC (“Harmony Marketing”) provides career coaching, personal branding guidance, educational courses, exercises, frameworks and related resources for informational, educational and personal development purposes only.

The Alignment Method™ and all Harmony Marketing coaching services are designed to encourage self-reflection, career clarity and authenticity-aligned action. Any insights, observations, suggestions, strategies, exercises or recommendations provided through Harmony Marketing are intended to support the Client’s own decision-making process and should not be interpreted as instructions, guarantees or representations regarding any particular career, employment, business, financial or personal outcome.

Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges and agrees that all career, employment, business, financial and personal decisions remain solely the Client’s responsibility. This includes, without limitation, decisions to accept, decline or leave employment; change careers or industries; pursue or decline professional opportunities; negotiate compensation; relocate; start, operate, modify or close a business; make financial commitments or investments; hire professionals or service providers; or otherwise act or refrain from acting based upon information discussed or presented through Harmony Marketing’s courses, coaching sessions or materials.

The Client understands that career and business decisions inherently involve uncertainty and risk. By purchasing or participating in Harmony Marketing’s services, the Client voluntarily assumes responsibility for evaluating those risks and for the consequences of their decisions and actions.

No Guarantee of Results

Harmony Marketing makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding results that may arise from its courses, coaching, strategies, recommendations or other services. Individual outcomes vary and depend upon numerous factors outside Harmony Marketing’s control, including the Client’s decisions, actions, circumstances, experience, market conditions, economic conditions and third-party decisions.

Past results, examples, testimonials, case studies or hypothetical scenarios do not constitute a promise or guarantee of future results.

Refunds, Rescheduling & Package Expiration

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of an accidental purchase. A request for a refund due to an accidental purchase must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase and will only be considered if the Client has not accessed, downloaded, viewed or begun any purchased digital course or materials; scheduled or participated in a coaching session; redeemed any portion of a coaching package; or otherwise received, accessed or used any portion of the purchased services.

Once any course, digital material, coaching session, coaching package or other purchased product or service has been accessed, downloaded, viewed, scheduled, redeemed, commenced or otherwise used, the purchase is non-refundable. Purchasing or scheduling a coaching session constitutes a commitment to the service and does not create a right to a refund if the Client subsequently decides not to attend or wishes to cancel the appointment.

The twenty-four (24) hour rescheduling policy described below applies only to changing the date or time of a scheduled coaching session. It does not create or imply any right to cancel a purchase, receive a refund, receive cash back or receive a credit in place of the purchased service.

Clients may reschedule a coaching appointment without penalty when the rescheduling request is made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. The Client's payment or package credit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment; no refund will be issued.

If a Client does not attend a scheduled appointment, or requests to cancel or reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered used. For a coaching package, one session will be deducted from the Client's remaining package balance. For an individually purchased coaching session, the payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited toward another appointment.

Unused or partially used coaching packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.

The 3-Session Career Alignment Package expires ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Any sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, extension or cash value, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The 6-Session Career Alignment Package expires one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of purchase. Any sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, extension or cash value, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Any refund approved for a qualifying accidental purchase will be returned to the original method of payment. Harmony Marketing LLC reserves the right to determine whether a refund request satisfies the requirements of this policy, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or other protections available under applicable law.

No Professional Advice

Harmony Marketing provides coaching, consulting and educational services and does not provide psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice or other regulated professional services. Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harmony Marketing LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, representatives and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, losses, costs or claims arising from or relating to the Client’s participation in, reliance upon, interpretation of or actions taken or not taken in connection with Harmony Marketing’s courses, coaching services, materials, exercises, recommendations or communications.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income, wages, employment, employment opportunities, business opportunities, clients, revenue, profits, investments, savings, benefits, contracts, reputation or other economic or non-economic losses resulting from decisions made by the Client.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, should Harmony Marketing nevertheless be found liable for any claim arising from the Client’s purchase or use of its services, Harmony Marketing’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to Harmony Marketing for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing, accessing or participating in a Harmony Marketing course, coaching session or package, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms, understand the nature and limitations of the services being provided, voluntarily assume responsibility for their own decisions and actions, and agree that Harmony Marketing is providing guidance and educational support rather than determining or controlling the Client’s career, business, financial or personal decisions.
