Meg Byrne is the Founder of Harmony Marketing, where she helps women, founders, and service-based businesses align their expertise, positioning, and presence for meaningful professional growth. With over 18 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience across branding, multi-channel marketing, communications, and events, Meg brings a rare blend of commercial insight and personal brand acumen to her work. She is known for helping clients clarify their value, communicate it with confidence, and build careers and brands that feel both authentic and strategically positioned.

Over the course of her career, Meg has delivered more than 125 integrated marketing and public relations campaigns and over 400 brand activations across B2B and B2C. Previously, Meg was Director of Marketing & Branding at CBRE’s The Bloc, a 2.4 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California where she built and led a marketing team of 12, including public relations, social and tourism agencies. There, she directed major campaigns with brands including Nordstrom and UNIQLO, secured sponsorship and advertising partnerships with companies such as Amazon Prime, Walt Disney, and United Airlines, along with generating more than 900 million earned media impressions in one year for the launch of The Bloc retail center.

Before CBRE, she served as Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at Los Angeles Magazine, where she led more than 75 marketing campaigns and produced over 200 events across luxury, lifestyle, and consumer brands. She developed high-impact creative concepts, brand tools, and content that drove brand awareness and consumer demand for companies including Stella Artois, Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Ketel One, Don Julio, Crown Royal, Grey Goose, Hendrick’s, Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Smashbox, Drybar, Estée Lauder, Chanel, Bravo, Paramount, Buccellati, Nordstrom, Cartier, Roche Bobois, Restoration Hardware, Celebrity Cruises, and Delta, while also supporting luxury residential real estate developers and retail centers throughout Southern California.

Meg has been recognized with CBRE’s Marketing Leader of the Year Award, a Gold Maxi for Alternative Revenue Generation in Real Estate, a Silver Maxi for Launch Strategy of a Retailer (Nordstrom Local), and the Unsung Hero award from Los Angeles Magazine for leadership, client management, and marketing strategy. She holds a MBA in Marketing from Regis University and a B.S.B.A. in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver.
